What is the Trekker kit?

The Trekker reagent kit converts single-cell data into a spatial map by spatially tagging nuclei from a tissue section before running them on a typical single-cell sequencing platform. See product page #_msocom_1 for more details. [...]

Why do cell barcodes in my Trekker data have low overlap with cell barcodes from the single-nucleus sequencing data?

  • Date updated 2025-06-20

Why do cell barcodes in my Trekker data have low overlap with cell barcodes from the single-nucleus sequencing data?

The most likely cause is that a legacy Trekker tile was used for the experiment while TrekkerU_C or TrekkerU_CX was input for the 'sc_platform' value in the samplesheet.csv for pipeline analysis. To see if you are using a legacy Trekker tile, check the tile ID. If the tile ID is in the format CXXX_XXXX, this means a legacy Trekker tile was used. If so, modify the value 'sc_platform' in your [...]
