| There is no problem to maintain hiPSC in DEF-CS Culture System for more than 20 passages with maintained phenotype and proliferation rate. However, long term culture may affect the genotype and to be on the safe side we recommend around 25 passages in DEF-CS Culture System. We have supporting data on hESC and hope to have similar data on our hiPSC lines within short. |
