What kit do you recommend for DNA recovery from the ChIP assay for compatibility with the DNA SMART™ ChIP-Seq Kit?
We recommend using the ChIP Elute Kit (Cat. No. 634887) allowing for DNA elution from Protein A/G agarose or magnetic beads and cross-linking reversal in a single step in about 1 hr. The resulting DNA is single stranded (ssDNA) which is purified and concentrated with the ChIP-grade reagents provided in the kit.
