Can RNA or cells stored in RNAlater be used as input for the SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit v3 - Pico Input Mammalian?
RNAlater is NOT compatible with the SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit v3 – Pico cDNA synthesis, since it denatures proteins. RNA from cells stored in RNAlater must be purified prior to use as input for the SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit v3 - Pico Input Mammalian cDNA synthesis.
