SMARTer® Human TCR a/b Profiling Kit has been validated with 1,000 - 10,000 purified whole intact T cells, ensuring efficient dT priming of intact polyA RNA. Damaged cells are not suitable for the SMARTer® Human TCR a/b Profiling Kit, since such cells contain compromised RNA.
