What is the size range of CNVs that can be detected using the PicoPLEX Gold kit?
We showed that we can detect CNV of different sizes depending on the depth of sequencing. For example, 10 Mega bases CNV can be detected from 500,000 reads. Smaller CNV (as few hundred kilobases (100 kb)) can be detected with deeper sequencing.
