What single-cell platforms are compatible with the Trekker kit?
Currently, the Trekker kit is compatible with 10X Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3’ v3.1, 10X Chromium GEM-X Single Cell 3’ v4, and BD Rhapsody Whole Transcriptome Analysis kits. Additional Trekker technology users have successfully demonstrated compatibility with other single-cell workflows, including 10X Chromium Multiome and ones from Scale Biosciences and Fluent Biosciences. Please contact your local Takara Bio representative for more information regarding compatibility with these single-cell platforms.
